If you are new to the studio, please do NOT sign up online. Your first class is free, and this can only be redeemed by coming into the studio. All of our classes work on a drop-in basis, meaning that there is no need to reserve a spot ahead of time. Arrive at the studio 10 minutes before your class begins. If you like your first class, you have the opportunity to purchase a 5 or 10 class package for a 25% discount, an offer that is only good on the day of your first class.

Friday, December 13, 5:30pm- 7:00pm Astavakrasana with Gillian
This is an exciting new monthly series that we will be offering, taught by a rotating group of teachers. Each class will center around a single, challenging pose. We will work on ways to open and strengthen the body in preparation for the featured asana. All levels are welcome and we'd love your suggestions for future classes!

Slow Flow and Yin

Join Sara for a slow, juicy flow then focus inward during a meditative yin practice. This class is a great way to end a stressful week and prepare your body and soul for the weekend. All levels are welcome.
Restorative Yoga Workshop with Scott Campbell

It's time to learn the art of relaxation with restorative yoga. Join Scott Campbell for a gentle, peaceful form of yoga, to release tension and find deeper relaxation through a series of supported poses that are held for extended periods…using assorted props and breathing to allow your body to open up, your mind to quiet, and your tension to disappear. Open to all levels.
YOGA 101 Free Workshop
Friday, January 3, 5:30pm - 7:00pm
40 million Americans practice yoga for a combination of stress reduction, improved health and fitness, and spiritual curiosity. And unlike other forms of physical activity, yoga is for every body. Interested in learning more about modern applications of this ancient practice? We will explore the history of yoga, the principles of the yoga practice and finish with a "typical" yoga class - covering the sun salutations and common poses. Class is for all levels, bring your curiosity and an open mind.
Yoga for a Healthy Back
January 7 - January 28, Tuesdays 5:30pm - 6:30pm
This 4-week class will focus on gentle strengthening and stretching exercises with the aim of improving mobility and stability of the vertebral column and back muscles. It is appropriate for all levels of students. Those with existing back problems are encouraged to attend with consent from their physician.
Cost is $50 for the 4-week series or $15 drop-in. Regular passcards are not accepted.
January 9 - February 13, Thursdays 7:15pm - 8:30pm
Are you curious about yoga but don't know how to begin? Have you been to a few classes, but are confused about what's going on? If so, then this beginner's yoga series is perfect for you. This 6-week series will give you a chance to explore, ask questions, and learn about yoga in a friendly, non-threatening atmosphere. This class is for people of all fitness levels. You will practice the poses and breathing techniques that form the basis of a typical yoga class, learn about the benefits of yoga and about how to be safe in your practice. At the conclusion of this series, you will have the tools and confidence to step onto your mat in any class.
Backbending workshop with Sara Doyle

Looking to improve your posture? Strengthen your back, legs, arms and shoulders? Alleviate sluggishness and lethargy? Elevate your mood? Join us as we dive deep into the art of heart opening! We will explore the wonderful benefits of poses from cobra to wheel and beyond. We will move slowly, building on the foundations of backbends and focusing on alignment and expansion for a pain free and exhilarating experience. The afternoon will end with some blissful restorative postures. Hope to see you there.
Yoga Anatomy - Spine

Having a strong and flexible back is key to overall health. Come learn about how the bones, joints and musculature of the back work together to maintain a healthy environment for the nerves and vessels that are crucial to movement and maintenance. Yoga is unique in providing a means to both strengthen and stretch the back, maximizing stability and mobility.
Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training with Andrea Dixon, E-RYT 500
We are excited to offer a unique opportunity to earn a prenatal teaching certificate with an 85-hour training following Yoga Alliance guidelines. This training is appropriate for yoga teachers and other professionals who work with pregnant women.Click here for more information!
Yoga for Cancer Patients and Caregivers
Sundays, 9:30am - 11:00am
This gentle yoga class offers students tools to decrease stress, and improve strength, balance and mindfulness through breath, yoga postures, stretching and gentle movement with special attention to the cancer patient. All levels of students on the cancer path are welcome, patients, survivors and caregivers. Linda Martinez and Yvette Yasui will be teaching this class, which is offered by donation ($5-$15 cash or check, please).
