Blue Point Yoga Studio is located in Durham, NC, and serves the Durham, RTP, and nearby communities. Located across the street from Duke University, Blue Point is centrally located so that you don't encounter even more stress trying to reach a place where you intend to de-stress. Featuring two beautiful spacious and bright studio rooms, Blue Point offers group and private instruction for both yoga and pilates.

At Blue Point Yoga Center, a variety of yoga traditions influence our class offerings, including Vinyasa Flow, Restorative, Pre-natal, Gentle, Hatha, Ashtanga and more. Our purpose is to provide a space for practitioners to find peace and stillness in a world characterized by persistent change and chaos.
