Restorative Yoga is a wonderful way to passively allow the body, mind, and spirit to unfold,
letting go at an extraordinary level and creating a state of deep relaxation that renews and heals.
Let's face it, stress is something we face in our daily lives and our inability to release stress and feel relaxed
causes dis-ease and keeps us from enjoying life more fully. Learning to relax deeply over time can help promote
mental and physical health and a feeling of well being. This Restorative Yoga workshop will show you how to use
various props in the studio and at home to position your body in gentle supported poses to bring deep relaxation
and peace into your life on a daily basis. No experience is necessary and all levels are welcome.
