Yoga Fundamentals

Are you curious about yoga but don't know how to begin? Have you been to a few classes, but are confused about what's going on? If so, then this beginner's yoga series is perfect for you. This 6-week series will give you a chance to explore, ask questions, and learn about yoga in a friendly, non-threatening atmosphere. This class is for people of all fitness levels. You will practice the poses and breathing techniques that form the basis of a typical yoga class, learn about the benefits of yoga and about how to be safe in your practice. At the conclusion of this series, you will have the tools and confidence to step onto your mat in any class.

 

 

 

This series will integrate the physical practice of yoga with fun stories about the history of yoga, the philosophy behind the practice, and ways that you can bring yoga into your every day life.


In addition to the six classes included in the series, you will also get one free class with Sara at any time during the six week session. You are also eligible to purchase your first class package at a 25% discount.
